Scope of documentation

Project documentation was provided by IVITAS for the issuance of a building permit, engineering and processing of all-cost project documentation for the construction of two gas boiler rooms in the premises of IVECO Czech Republic in the Czech city of Vysoke Myto.

We have prepared documentation for our client TAMEH Czech s.r.o, regarding all-profession project implementation in the reconstruction of a K4 gas boiler to allow for the combustion of natural gas. The boiler, which is at a TAMEH Czech operated heating unit within the Liberty Ostrava, a.s. steel plant, is currently fueled with blast furnace and coke oven gas. The addition of natural gas as a fuel for the boiler, based on IVITAS project documentation, will ensure that emission limits (valid from 2021) are met for its combined combustion gas output.

IVITAS provided project documentation for the hall of a metal waste crushing line and an iron fraction sorting building. Both sets are part of the technological equipment for metal waste crushing in the Czech city of Vysoke Myto.

We've prepared project documentation for our long-term business partner KOMTERM, regarding the issuance of a building permit for the installation of a CHP unit (output of 200 kWe) and gas boiler in their current boiler room in the Czech city of Doksy.

ARCELORMITTAL (www.arcelormittal.com) once again put their trust in the know-how and extensive technical capabilities of IVITAS for the design, production, delivery and commissioning of a new autonomous coke gas steam heater for a new Gas Boilers project through JV – TOPLANA ZENICA (www.zenica.arcelormittal.com).

IVITAS designers delivered workshop documentation of air- and flue-gas ducts to SUMITOMO SHI FW. The ducts will be manufactured in accordance with our documentation and be part of a SUMITOMO SHI FW FBC CFB boiler project realized for their end customer in Austria.

For our client, GE POWER, we delivered detailed engineering documentation for steam, unloading and drain piping of three boilers in a power plant in Great Britain.

In connection with a modernization project for energy operations at the TAMEH heating plant, IVITAS delivered project documentation for implementing the connection of an output steam pipeline from the No. 3 to No. 2 high-pressure steam distributor.

Documentation for a joint zoning and building permit for a hot water gas boiler room with a 2 x 20 MW input in the Veolia power plant complex in Trebovice.

We delivered assembly documentation for a heat recovery boiler project that our customer Hutni Montaze carried out for a foreign investor. The scope of our work included the routing, positioning and connection of high-pressure pipelines to steel structures.

We were contracted by our client CS Cabot to assess problems they were experiencing with a flue gas boiler, which has a heat output of 8.25 MW. The heated flue gases utilized by the boiler come from the production of soot.

For our customer PROMUS Katowice, we've prepared workshop documentation for the production of steel footbridges and platforms that will be installed at the Skoda Auto factory in Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic.

We prepared a flexibility analysis of superheated steam pipelines at the EPR II power plant units for our client CEZ Energetické produkty. The purpose of the analysis was to verify the settings of individual spring hangers, including recommended measures for bringing them into their working areas.

In mid-May, we handed over a static calculation of a turntable with a diameter of 4.45 m to our customer, KOFING. The turntable replaces crates for the transport of spouts and inlets.

In July, our designers delivered final project documentation to PBS Brno for realization of the investment project “Boiler modifications to allow for biomass combustion at the Veolia Energie Kolin power plant”.

At the end of 2022, we submitted a feasibility study addressing supplementation of LPG to an existing fuel base at the site of a leading aerosol can manufacturer.

At the end of February, we completed documentation for the implementation of high-pressure steam pipes on the K6 boiler at the Trmice Heating Plant in the Czech Republic, which is operated by CEZ.
