IVITAS is the author of conceptual design of the primary measures and realization documentation for the boiler rehabilitation project (fuel - hard coal).
IVITAS, a.s. has a unique facility to search for optimum combustion in the furnaces of powder boilers. Our technological equipment allows you to set, manage and monitor all relevant parameters of the combustion process. For specific types of fuel, we can find the best mode of combustion to minimize NOx and CO emissions.

Our combustion test facility allows for:

  • Co-verification of various fuels
  • Combustion tests aimed at reducing NOx emissions
  • Tests using reburning (post-combustion)
  • Combustion testing of additives, including testing SNCR
  • The possibility of burning mixed solid fuels
  • The possibility of additional combustion of various fuels with an independent auxiliary burner
  • Measuring data characteristics of the combustion paths for various types of combustion, combustion air zones and recirculated flue gas
